Nettle leaf tincture contains fresh wildcrafted nettle leaf and organic grain alcohol.

Nettle leaf can be used as a long term allergy preventative as well as for acute symptoms associated with allergies or sinus infections. Taken one to two months before allergy season, nettle tincture can be extremely effective in preventing and alleviating allergy symptoms. Nettles are a decongestant and reduce excess mucus conditions. Inflammatory asthma can also be alleviated with the use of nettle leaf tincture. Used as a tonic, nettles nourish and build the blood while increasing vitality.

Tinctures can be taken directly under the tongue, in a small amount of water, or in hot water to evaporate off the alcohol. When stored in a cool dark place extracts have a shelf life of five years.
