About Kacy
I fell in love with the peace consciousness I felt when I started practicing
My schooling took me through fashion to business and eventually to my masters in medical management. I completed my internship at boston children’s hospital in downtown Boston and then made my way into real estate and medical management and in 2012 began practicing yoga.
I fell in love with the peace consciousness I felt when I started practicing yoga. Being a world traveler myself I knew I wanted to bring students around the world to study. I’ve run healing retreats from Maine all the way to Sri Lanka and Spain. All healing retreats include yogic practices, emotional awareness techniques, Earth and plant medicines and miscellaneous workshops dependent on location and guest teachers.
After years of teaching I decided to dive deeper into pranayam, meditation and herbalism. The intensive pranayam training I did changed everything: my life, my awareness, my relationships, my desires and I want my students to experience this, if they are ready. My yoga practice is rooted heavily in ayurvedic principles and spiritual applications.
I am dedicated to guiding and supporting practitioners of all levels into the depths of self inquiry by emphasizing personal empowerment and encouraging the strength to embrace emotional processing. I truly aim to offer services that shed light on incorporating the nature of yoga and plant medicine with all other aspects of life; the true essence of Ahimsa.
Beyond yoga classes and healing sessions I am a clinical herbalist. I offer clinical consultation to help individuals uncover ailment and take the steps to begin healing. My approach is utilizing Mother Earth’s bounty respectfully, reassessing diet and habits for whole self health.
