our retreat space
The lodge is adjacent to a beautiful, family-owned sisal estate. As such, they offer homely accommodation welcoming you with open arms and smiles from every member of the team. The sanctuary forms a part of the farm and speaks to the family's passion and commitment to the conservation of the wildlife and the surrounding environment.
The lodge is found in the heart of the Tsavo elephant corridor which links Lake Jipe in Tsavo West with the Galana River in Tsavo East. The lodge’s waterholes are seasonal homes to large numbers of elephant herds and other wildlife species, and form the highlights of any visit to the Lodge; sharing your evening views with elephants quenching their thirst on their journey through the sanctuary. From the lodge we will take daily game drives into Tsavo West to view wildlife.
Watamu combines the relaxation of a tropical beach holiday with the sense of adventure experienced on wilderness safari. Building has taken place on the small footprint in the forest that was cleared for utility use by the previous owners. No trees were cut down in the process.

I am dedicated to guiding and supporting practitioners of all levels into the depths of self inquiry by emphasizing personal empowerment and encouraging the strength to embrace emotional processing. I truly aim to offer services that shed light on incorporating the nature of yoga and plant medicine with all other aspects of life; the true essence of Ahimsa. My yogic teachings are heavily rooted in pranayama and meditation to help practitioners find inner and outer peace.
