Retreat Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that because Yoga Retreats with Kacy’s Sacred Space are limited to a certain number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

  1. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  2. 2nd balance is due 6 months before retreat starts and full balance due 90 days before start date of retreat unless otherwise indicated.

  3. Invoices will be sent to you

  4. Payment arrangements are accepted, please inquire.

No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. If we are able to roll your deposit to another retreat we will, please note this is a one time courtesy and a case by case basis dependent upon location, pricing etc.

We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Kacy’s Sacred Space Yoga Retreats will be refunded. Notification of cancellation will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. Kacy’s Sacred Space Retreats cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.

Please also consider: all itineraries are subject to change due to weather, excursions and delays.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

Please make sure that you have all necessary insurances in place before the trip (including but not limited to travelers insurance, health insurance etc). All yoga, mindfulness sessions and travelling are done at your own risk and we are free from all liability.. Please purchase travel insurance to protect your health and well being as well as your investment, from unforeseen circumstances before or during your retreat. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time you book your retreat. Suggested companies include: World Nomads, AAA, or ask your travel agent.
